But operating from an Arizona Box Number is a little worrying.
You could be Don!

Has the same fatal flaw as other barter systems:
Soft goods (such as advertising spots) are ridiculously overvalued compared to hard goods (such as a hammer).

I saw the new system of five point that allows non paying bidders who didn't answer the dispute to anonymously score sellers as low as possible and also shill feedback accounts to inflate it without it being so obvious as nobody sees the rating.
I think the main problem with feedback is pos, neg, neutral. People are afraid of leaving honest feedback because a neg lasts forever, hurting percentage.
If feedback were purely a comment system, it would be so much better. Now people can respond to feedback and tell the truth, like "this was left by a non paying bidder seconds after the auction", or "this is a retalitory comment, compare feedback times."
No more feedback bombing from non paying bidders that sink back several pages where people only see the rating. No more hollow positives by buyers who aren't really doing much praising. Instead, buyers will have to read the actual comments about sellers in feedback and not just rely on the deceptive feedback percentage.
If the neg, pos, and neutral ratings were removed, then feedback actually could include all those 5-star qualities like shipping speed, shipping price, etc since comments themselves would mean more.
Replys:
Without the pos, neg, and neutral counts you would have to read through hundreds or thousands of lines of comments, to try to determine if they were pos, neg, or neutral.
The more feedback is micromanaged, the less useful it will inevitably become.
Feedback ain't broke.

Home Improvement Category Research Tool
The home improvement market has been hotfor a while now, and it's just getting hotter.
So hot in fact, that eBay just launchedit's very own portal for the home improvement sellers called the
"Home Improvement Retailer Desk".
The Home Improvement Retailer Helpdeskat:

At the Home Improvement Help Desk you'll finda special home improvement research toolpowered by Terapeak.com.
This tool will tell you the number of successful listings for the keywordssearched in the Home and Garden category, the average selling price and the totalsales.
In addition Terapeak provides links toother popular categories withinthat subcategory.

What Do I Sell.com TIP: Remember, the valueof a "hot list" of the top products selling on eBayis not that it will tell you exactly what to sell.
A hot list is like a compass, pointing you in the rightdirection.
For example, an ongoing hot staple for several years in theHome and Garden category on eBay has been cabinet pulls.
Finding this on the hot list tells you that there is moreinvestigating to be done in this area.
It is now up to you to dig deeper into the actual listings for cabinet pulls and see what styles areselling...What colors are hot... what materials are indemand.
Even though cabinet pulls are on the hot list, notevery single cabinet pull will be hot.
While these lists can get you in the general ballparkof hot products, it is only when you dive deep intothe product line that you find the true gems and productideas that will make you an excellent profit.
You can find the Home in Demand page at:
http://pages.ebay.com/sellercentral/sbc/home/whatshot.html
gives you a brief summary of what is going on inthe Home category, a list of the top 10 picksof products in the category and several Top 10lists of buyer searches within the Home category.

as well as links to the Home and Garden Discussionboard at:
http://forums.ebay.com/db1/forum.jspa?forumID=28
What Do I Sell.com TIP: eBay has a Discussion Boardfor practically every category of product on eBay.
Discussion Boards can be a wealth of informationfor the eBay seller. Both buyers and sellersfrequent these boards. Buyers looking for products - which can be a great way for a seller to knowwhat products their target market is looking for.And sellers offering tips, strategies and techniquesfor selling in that category.
One word of caution about Discussion Boards! Whilethey can be full of riveting information, they canalso eat up the productivity of your day, so be sureand exercise some restraint in the amount of timeyou spend there.
